The rotary dryer is a type of industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by concrete columns or steel beams. The dryer is inclined to slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity.

Product Working Principle

When the damp raw material is fed from one terminal, it is turned over through blades that are distributed inside the cylinder and will be distributed uniformly in the drier and contact fully with the counter current hot air. In this way, the process of heat conduction is increased. During the period of dry, inder the effect of incine blades and hot air steam, raw material can be moved to dried and discharged from discharged form discharging valve.
